A Community Manager is charged with welcoming new users, keeping the community active, and making sure everyone is happy.
| Posting Date: | January 1st, 2010 |

| Available Positions: | 1-3 |
| Compensation: | Stock options, love, admiration, and a feeling of satisfaction |
| Requirements: |
|
| Responsibilities: | A Community Manager is responsible for regularly sending comments to members of the community, including users with whom they aren't yet friends. Other duties include continuously seeking feedback from the community on how to improve the user experience and directly reporting this data to the MyDailyPhoto executive team, befriending new users, and soliciting MyDailyPhoto in their region and nationally to the best of their abilities (through networking and viral marketing methods). Community Managers also play a large role in deciding the direction of MyDailyPhoto; everything from the design, to the pages, to features, to new tools, and more. The applicant must have a semi-professional online identity that includes above-average verbal abilities, no questionable photographs or profile photographs, and a (mostly) profanity-free profile on MyDailyPhoto. If accepted for this position the applicant must maintain an active profile on MyDailyPhoto, but we realize that sometimes circumstances prevent this; fair judgement will be used when assessing this. |
