Im not familiar with the character names but my economics/government teacher showed us a few episodes where the president is getting elected in that show and the Foo Fighters perform.
Or my favorite was when the guy gets killed in the convenience store when trying to stop a robbery. That one made me really sad.

My high school economics teacher would make us watch West Wing. Most people didnt like it but i actually did. Maybe it was because i was half in love with him.
