I stayed in all day. I worked from home and skipped Capoeria class. We have a presentation and a beach Roda tomorrow. So kewl.

The class was dedicated yesterday for just flips. So, I'm really sore from doing things that I have never done. I didn't want to miss tomorrow, so I skipped today.
